3:2:1 CIRCUIT: Following template of a super popular workout system, we’ve designed an effective circuit to start your week off right. 3 minutes, 2 minutes, 1 minute of core, strength & cardio……AGAIN AND AGAIN. Time will fly by, body will be burning some serious fuel!!
