Kali adores her life. She has 3 beautiful, young children that inspire her to live a healthy lifestyle. Kali really believes wellness is a big picture approach. She is a Yoga Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor/Coordinator, Personal Trainer & is now specializing in Pre & Post Natal Fitness. She always has a smile on her face and looks forward to being a part of your journey. She values the importance of LOVING yourself and accepting where you are at to progress with your personal goals. Come and have some fun in her classes or connect for 1 on 1 training. Wherever you’re at is great, just keep moving forward, keep growing, keep learning.

Heather Lamson

Heather has a passion for an active lifestyle based from a history of competing at a high level in white-water paddling and road cycling. She has completed two Ironman triathlons since then and still enjoys triathlon. As a certified fitness instructor through BCRPA, Heather has been teaching spin classes for 10 years. Outside sport, she works as a Biologist for the government.

Stu Deeks

I’m Stu and I love biking whether it be in a spin class or out on the road; hockey and general fitness. I have been instructing spin classes at Fitness Inc. for over 11 years. I enjoy giving these classes and always look forward to meeting new folks as well as getting the regulars to push their limits.

Being”Poppa” to two active grandsons makes me want to stay in shape to keep up with them.

Nancy Roulston

Nancy is happy to be home to the Kootenay’s and enjoys the many recreation activities it offers.
She is a certified BCRPA personal trainer, spin and Zumba Gold (50+) instructor. Nancy enjoys working with older adults, like herself, and people new to fitness. Her style is lower intensity and geared to those who are focused more on staying active.


 

Heidi Harris

Struggling with a weight problem and five young children at home, I ventured into the back row of a group fitness class in 2007. Here, I was introduced into the fitness world and my life changed. My desire is to help others achieve what I thought was impossible. This led me to become certified with National Fitness Leadership Alliance (NFLA) in 2008, as a group fitness leader. My passion is to teach proper form and technique, learn, grow, change, sweat and have fun in a safe environment.

Certifications: Bachelor of Education, NFLA (BCRPA, SPRA) group fitness instructor (2008-2014), Keiser, Schwinn (12/16/17) and Tabata Bootcamp certified

Achievement: 2nd place in NPAA and UFC Masters Fitness Model


 

Tamara

I have grown up in BC and have lived here most of my life with the exception of one year in Calgary. I have an extensive background in personal training and group fitness. I have been teaching group fitness for 15 years and personal training for 10. Attending any of my classes you can expect to be pushed outside of your comfort zone. I try to create an environment that motivates and inspires clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Krista Birch

I have been teaching yoga for just under 5 years. I moved to Calgary for 6 weeks and took my YTT at
Yoga Passage with absolutely amazing facilitators, including the owner of yoga passage, an orthopaedic surgeon who taught and tested us on all our anatomy, and a yoga nidra enthusiast. While we were mainly taught the 8 limbs from the ashtanga practice, we learnt many different styles, techniques and hands on adjustments. I am I also the owner of Glow Yoga and Wellness in town and feel beyond grateful that I get to share a practice I have such a heart and connection to with so many different people. Coming into the gym environment allows me to meet and share with a whole new group that may not have ventured into a yoga studio on their own and I love that.


Cailey Chase

Cailey Chase has her two hundred hour teacher training from Sananda Yoga which she took at Ishtadev Niwas Farm and Ashram in 2013. She maintains a daily practice of her own, is on the Board of Directors for the Living Yoga Society and enjoys the weekly Asana classes and the bread at Niwas in TATa Creek. She is super excited to lead and share the Pawanmuktasana series with anyone that is needing a good start up foundation for their Yoga Asana practice.

Cynthia Colten

Hi everyone! My name is Cynthia Colten and I have been teaching Spin at Fitness Inc. for 8 years! I am a Physiotherapist and work at one of the Private clinics in town. During my classes I enjoy encouraging participants to work out of their comfort zone and have a great high intensity workout! Come and try my class!

Robyn Vanden Broek

Hi, I’m Robyn Vanden Broek. I started cycling in 2013 when a local service club decided we were going to
raise awareness for Polo by cycling from Cranbrook to Tri City Washington. This started my love for
cycling. The following year we rode from Cranbrook to Colville Washington over the Kootenay Pass.
I’m a new spin instructor getting my Schwinn certification December 2017. I would love to see you come
out and have some fun while listening to great music and pedaling to the beat!


Amanda Skene

As a mom of three kids, three cats, a dog and a career from the home, I needed an outlet for myself.
That’s when I discovered spin. I finally found something I loved to do. I love the music, the cardio, the
energy and the fact I could just get out of my own head for an hour.
I hope to bring the same enthusiasm and drive to all who get to join me on their bikes!
