This class uses short intervals of maximal effort combining body weight, cardio, weight lifting, plyometrics and explosive movements turning your body into a metabolic machine. Intervals!! 20 seconds work followed by a 10 second rest. This workout will get your heart pumping & fly by. After powering through 10 songs of tough intervals including a mix up of weights & cardio, Desiree will finish with a killer ab BURN before a lovely stretch. We know Des's style may scare you... but you will be rocked in such a good way after this workout, don't be scared!
