Strongman 2016

All events are Head to Head and timed

Men’s Division

1. Harness Truck Pull – athletes have 90 seconds to pull a semi-truck as far as they can

2. Husafel Stone Carry – athletes walk as far as they can carrying 275 lb Husafel stone

3. Press Medley – athletes have 90 seconds to complete the following:
a. 5 repetitions pressing a 175-lb metal log
b. 3 repetitions pressing a 150-lb keg
c. Axle press for any remaining time, weight TBD

4. Truck Deadlift – athletes have 60 seconds to deadlift a truck as many times as possible

5. Atlas Stones – athletes must move five Atlas Stones weighing 200, 250, 260, 300 and 365 lbs respectively

6. Medley – covering 100’ carrying 175 lbs per side, athletes will complete the Farmer’s Walk before continuing onto the Power Stairs where weights of 250, 300 and 350 lbs will be carried to the top of the stairs.


Women’s Division

1. Harness Truck Pull – athletes have 90 seconds to pull a semi-truck as far as they can

2. Super Yolk Walk – athletes have 90 seconds to move a weight as far as they can

3. Tire Flip – athletes have 90 seconds to flip a tire as many times as possible

4. Medley – Carry and Drag: athletes will duck-walk 50’ while carrying 135 lbs then, putting the weight into the sled, athletes will drag the sled 50’ to the finish. From there, athletes will continue onto the Power Stairs where weights of 150, 200 and 250 lbs will be carried to the top of the stairs.
