Owner Trevor Zak opened his first gym in Cranbrook in 2002. He has worked hard to build a solid business with an all-inclusive offering for his community; he and his staff strive to provide a clean and well-equipped facility in a comfortable atmosphere, welcoming to people from all walks of life.

Launching and rebranding as Fitness Inc. in 2013, Trevor’s passion and dedication have remained strong, a trait shared with his friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Fitness Inc. family continues to grow and we are honored to provide a fun, safe atmosphere to the people of Cranbrook. In 2018 we built a brand new facility and couldn't be happier in our new home!

Trevor is proud to showcase the Strongman Competition, an annual event that has raised $40,000 over the years in support of Cranbrook’s SPCA.
